This 'Nature Therapy Session', will see us welcome the the first weekend morning after the end of the long winter season.
Although Spring/Summer temperatures cannot be guaranteed this is a time to welcome signs of Spring as nature awakens.
REQUIREMENTS: Those joining this session should expect a short walk, which may some times be 'off path' with periods of relaxation, thought and meditation. Participants should also have appropriate clothing and equipment for the conditions to gain the most from the day.
Those attending should be in possession of all items listed on kit list (which will be sent out with information pack on booking).
INCLUDED: Route leadership, planning, organisation and information by fully qualified and experienced mountain leader + Nature Therapy Practice led by qualified practitioner, registered with Complimentary Medicine Association.
NOT INCLUDED: Travel, accommodation, any other expenses such as parking fees, etc. We also do not provide any travel or personal accident insurance.
